That's Cary Maestas ('69), at the far left in the background,
talking to Rusty Atkins ('70). Cary lives in California and
the last I heard was in the gourmet cookie business. In the
foreground is Steve Robinson ('70), who owns a tobacco shop
in San Marcos, and he talking with Harry Hetrick ('70), who
lives in Hopkisville, Kentucky. Steve is telling Harry the sad
news that his zipper is open and no girls are looking!

Here's three guys who have no idea who each other are,
but pose like lifelong friends! Richard Chiavacci ('70),
Charlie Sims ('70), and Bill Mizell ('70). I forget what Richard
does, but he lives in San Antonio. Charlies is a teacher in S.A.
and Bill works for Southwest Research in engine research. No,
it's not the monkey-ranch, they won't let him near the
monkeys! Call me sometime, and I'll tell you why... yeccch!

Reunions become extra special for old boyfriends and
girlfriends! Sharon Goodykoontz ('70) and I, pick up where
we left off 20 years before. In five minutes she dumped me,
again! What's the deal??? Ha! Sharon now lives in Bulverde
and is doing very well. Me? Well, I do this stuff...

Joe Acosta ('70) and Warren Whitaker ('70) listen to the war
stories of pilot Colonel Carl Jensen ('70). Like the one where
Carl led an surprise air strike on an Iranian women's barracks
in the Middle East. Carl used to hang a pair of captive enemy
panties from the rearview mirror of his F-16!! Look way in the
back and you'll see Mike Taylor ('70). Mike is also a pilot and
works for Fed-Ex and lives in Germanown, Tennessee.

Larry Brown ('70), who seems to have disappeared from the
face of the earth since the reunion, makes Debbie Paschall ('70)
and Debbie Sullivan ('70) laugh by pointing to his
Adam's Apple and making it to the Lambada! Larry was last
seen in Florida, Debbie Paschall is in Idaho and Debbie
Sullivan now lives in Arizona.

Now, here's an eclectic group! (Look that up in your
Funk & Wagnell's!) Gerald "Beetle" Jacobs ('70),
Phyllis Fortenberry Griffith ('70), Russell Griffith ('70),
David Gonzales ('70), and Mason Wright ('70)! Beetle and his
wife own the "Little Rascals" daycare center in Castroville.
Phyllis and Russell just moved to Houston after eight years
in Saudi Arabia. David, well, I don't know what David is
doing these days. And Mason works for the Reynolds
Corporation in Corpus Christi.
