ORIGINAL JJHS 1967-68 YEARBOOK ON THE
AUCTION BLOCK!
1970 classmate, EUGENE BARNARD recently found his 1967-68 JJHS "Hoofprints" yearbook.
It is in MINT condition and he sent it to me to auction off to benefit
the website! The book still "cracks" when you open it!!! There is NO
WRITING in it whatsoever! I'm telling y'all, this ORIGINAL FIRST YEAR
school yearbook is a treasure for anyone wanting it. Over the years
people have asked me if there was any way to get a copy, well, here's
your chance!

Verbeck (‘69) had the winning bid
($151.00) for the original, mint condition 1968 “Hoofprints” yearbook that we were auctioning off back
in December. Vance has
already paid for the
yearbook, and now, he is donating it back to me to auction off at the
SHINDIG VII reunion. My thanks to Vance for his
generosity. So, everyone has a chance to bid on this one-of-a-kind JJHS
memorabilia. I'll bet that even George Hunter
(‘70) out in the Middle East war
zone will probably send in a bid!

I don’t know what the difference is between a motorcycle “run” or
“rally”, but RICK SANDOVAL (‘71)
and his Harley will be conducting one on Saturday, July
17th at SHINDIG VII.

THE "YELLOW ROSE" B-25 IS COMING TO THE REUNION!!
Our 1969 classmate, LARRY ALMOND, is the Crew Chief of the
internationally famous "Yellow Rose" B-25 World War II bomber and is
making
arrangements to fly it to the reunion! Can you believe that??!!
He said they can probably give group rides. AWESOME!!

Believe it or not, we have booked the entire Hangar Hotel, for
two nights, a year in
advance!! There are several other hotels/motel
in town, but
you better book those well in advance, too! Just get on the internet

LINDA DUPRIEST (‘71) and JOY GRIFFIN (‘71)
are
putting together the Goody Bags. These will be filled with pens,
pencils, pins, pads, balloons, letter openers, business cards, coasters
thermometers, and a plethora of other crap, I mean THINGS that YOU classmates
can donate. Company, business, or personal trinkets, keychains, and
more are
needed. If, you have at least 175
items of any nature, we would love to
give those away for you. We will also be purchasing some
custom-designed SHINDIG VII
souvenirs for everyone, but we want lots of stuff to give away. If you
